I cant be bothered to write in ze English any more… sorry!!

Yes, but it was there when I got it… I think. I do not recall having a fender-bender in that car anyway. But its in a garage beeing fixed, once again… been of the road for 3 weeks or so. Cause its an automatic I need toe get a flatbed to take it to the garage, which is crap, but I am so fortunate that my mate Kalli has easy access to the proper equipment.

I was in the UK last week to see people about horses and courses, mainly courses… as in rac circuits,Ben and Drew at Apexcircuitdesigns were so kind to show me what they are doing and gave me lunch, which was nice :) after that I shoppend and saw some of my very good friends at uni and others as well!! good seeing you all!

I might be  on my way back to the UK next week to see some people about another thing, will be a smash and grab job, in and out mad quickly dish dash.
anyway, I´m still waiting on my mechanic to call… so ta-da for now.

indeed I am!! at least when it comes to writing on this here site… you could aske whether I cared, but all you would probably hear is profanity…. so there! Sod off

The reason though is that not much happens to be honest, the occational snog and a bit, car breaks down gets fixed and breaks down again, a drunk calls me at work to tell me about his job 20 years ago. Not all good and all pretty boring.

Next weekend will hopefully be interesting, at least there is the possibilit of severe injury, which is always nice, I will be snowboarding for the first time … a crew of mischief-makers is taking it to the slopes of Akureyri in the north of Iceland. Should be a giggle.

I also finalised the dates and flights to the UK in a couple of weeks time, not all pleasure though… but hopefully it will be good fun and good news!!

… I sometimes forget things, in my old age. Like, for instence, I forget that I actually have a blog site and that I promised to take some photos of a formentioned vehicle. Thats not very good and I apologise. I have not taken photos of the shaginWagon Volvo due to the fact that it has played a lousy trick on me… the ignintion wont fire, which is a problem as some of you might realise. No ignition = no drive just as was the case with a certain Alfa Romeo in the UK, no benzina = no giri.

So I´m a bit cross with the car at the moment and I refuse to take a picture of a car that wont run.

In other news the official convention of amateur pyrotechnicians was held in the city of Reykjavik on December the 31st, it so happened that the show was so intence that pollution meaters in the area failed… oobs, it wasnt me, it was the one armed man! I did smoke a nice Cohiba, which partially fuck me up, but hey its new years!!

So, happy new year to all you kids!!

I have a new car… it is not quick, it doesn´t handle particularly well and its an automatic…. not what you would expect of me is it!! how ever it did come with a pricetag that more than compensated for that… oh yes its a Volvo 460 a proper old mans car. Its been absolutely freezing since I got it so its still dirty, hence no pics, I´ll sort that out tomorrow as well as paying for the car ;)

Funny coincidence is that its almost 5 years to the date that I purchased my lovely mini… and the Volvo is the same colour, so now I can trully form the Racing Green Rally Team… what a name!! All I need is set of coil overs and gold rims for the Volvo… yea right!! I think the most I´ll do to it is pick the studs out of the left front, as it rubs like a slag! Then maybe take the steering wheel out of the mini and put it in the Volvo for shits and giggles!

Now it is clearly coming up to Christma and I have been very good, taking part in the baking and the Christmastree shopping and all that! :) very nice… Anyways, I´ll top this up tomorrow with some photos of the wintherbeater.

Ah its been a long time, as Rakim said. Quite a lot has happend since the tale of the shotgun and dolphin. I´ve been back to the UK to crowned a successfull graduate, which was a giggle, I got to wear a square hat and a cape, not many occations one can wear a cape without being considder a blethering idiot!! but this was one of them so I made the most of it, as did my other fellow graduates. There was however a bit of a misunderstanding in the ceremony, there were a few people there dressed as jesters (as Jerry so kindly put it) so I thought we would have some foolish antics as entertainment… it how ever came apparent later on that these people were anything but jesters, they were Doctors (PhD) … ooops!!!

Now I have a couple of other items to report that are significant, firstly; I am officially an invalid, I have lost considderable hearing on both ears, so now I might have to start lying to people that I am a secret agent on a mission due to having a silly gadet stuck to my ear!! CRAP! this unfortunate fact has nothing to do with the fact that in my younger days I used to DJ and generally listen to loud music all the time, firing projectile weapons r hanging around race circuits alot. Its most likely genetic, thanks mum, dad and the rest of you!!!

NOW for the REALLY big news, on my first day back at work I was reading my emails and one of them turned out to be very interesting, as you ALL know, there used to be a ketchup sold in Iceland called “Vals” ketchup, this is by all known as the best ketchup in the world ever. It has not been available to the general public for at least ten years now, the only places you could find it was a select few hotdog venders in Reykjavik, but now one of them has taken it upon them selves to sell it in consumerpackaging to us punters!!! WHAT A TREAT!, I ran across the road from work and purchased one imidiately, following that I sent my mother to buy some hotdogs, while I spoonfed myself some lovelyness…. mmmmmm TASTY!!!!

Some pictures of me in a cape will be made readily available to the public shortly!

I´m not being very productive in my rantings am I??   But there is a good reason for it this time, I´m not being lazy and horrible, I actually am busy with work and not only that I find my job quite good fun, I´m working with loads of great people and everything is dandy and sweet!

Now for something completely different. I have a relative, that lives in the east of Iceland, he recently bought a boat, as you do when you live in these parts (the reason I´m telling you this will become clear shortly). He likes to take his boat out and I suppose he catches fish every now and again and that sort of thing. Occationally though the shotgun mysteriously comes along and at that point something interesting usually happends… Now lets switch back to yesterday. I at some point casually asked my mother what was for dinner, she said quiche… fair enough, then she follows that with : we are going to have dolphin tomorrow!!! At which point my eyes turned quite big. I´m sure you can guess how that ties with my crazy uncle and his projectile weapon…. so I will have dolphin tonight along with some other stuff that has been shot by said person.

I have a job…. finally, nothing to do with racecars unfortunately, but all to do with phones, internet and tv… I will be doing tech support for Iceland Telecom, so sitting on my ass answering calls form mo-fo´s that can´t use modern technology. Could be a good giggle, plus the money is not bad.

Since I have no procured a job, next on my hands is getting a car, cause I´m not going to be walking or bussing, just not going to happen! But as you know being a car nut, buying a car can be good fun!! only problem is I´m probably not going to be able to buy anything interesting… which is crap, but anyways, it can´t be much worse than the Lada which now has a temperemental clutch.

Winter has beset Iceland in the last few days, its bloody freezing cold!! Not like the mild winter of the United Kingdom…

Iceland Airwaves (www.icelandairwaves.com) had Reykjavik in a sieg last week and weekend. So, very advantgarde people have been prancing around and drinking herbal tea and smoking fruitpipes, interesting.

In other news I am still unemployed and useless to the nation of Iceland, bit crap but such is life as the French say.

Seeing that I´m not doing much these days I have had the pleasure of surfing some most disturbing websites, of late this one is probably the worst http://thetruestgs.phpbbnow.com/index.php
Click it and see for yourself!!

Funny thing happened on saturday, I went out after a few black russians in good company. Then went to a pub where there was ballbusting technomusic being played and the recreational drug users were out in full force, along with those that have problems as well…. so we went to the next bar, which was better although there was a fight and one of the barmaids almost jumped the bar to join in. Another interesting thing happened, which is quite frequent as well, in the spur of the moment two rather lovely young ladies, dressed in summer dresses (with out hats though) climbed up on the bar for a bit of a dance, very nice indeed. I shall post som pics later if the knucklehead that was there with me ever gets around sending them from phone to PC!!
